MARCH 2017 – A TALKING PARROT AT FRANK SINATRA SCHOOL OF THE ARTS

While at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, Pinkie was cared for by Andre Vazquez, the school's production manager and stagecraft instructor. She was integrated into the life and curriculum of the school, from dance classes to life drawing. View the documentation below to follow Pinkie's experiences at the high school.

Pinkie joined students in Olivier Heuts' dance class. She led an improvised movement session, and the students developed dances exploring Pinkie's moves and personality.

Students in Nicole Spata's drawing class created artworks with Pinkie as a life model. They learned about Pinkie and spent several classes working on their own representations of her.
